3. Services

We provide digital and creative services including (but not limited to): web design, web development, marketing consultancy, content creation, automation, audio/video production, and related digital services.

The scope, pricing, milestones, and deliverables for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Ensure they have rights to all content supplied
  • Respond promptly to approvals and feedback requests

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may result in revised timelines and additional charges.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of content they supply. The client grants Tim Lord a licence to use that content for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

The client confirms they hold all necessary permissions and indemnifies Tim Lord against any copyright claims arising from supplied materials.

All such costs will be approved before purchase.

7. Reviews & Amendments

Projects include review stages as outlined in the agreed proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside scope may incur additional charges.

Once a design or deliverable is approved, further changes are chargeable.

8. Website Hosting, Backups & Security

Where hosting is provided, it is subject to an annual, non-refundable fee. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by hosting providers.

Backups are maintained for disaster recovery only and are not guaranteed to reflect the most recent live content.

While reasonable security measures are taken, no system is immune to breaches. The client is responsible for password security and software updates unless otherwise agreed.

9. Browser & Device Compatibility

Websites are tested on modern browsers and common device sizes at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future software updates.

10. Fees & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
  • Late payments may result in paused work

Payment schedules (including staged payments) will be defined per project. Third-party costs may be invoiced separately.

11. Late Payment & Default

Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Accounts remaining unpaid may result in suspension or removal of services until balances are cleared.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing. The client remains liable for work completed up to the termination date.
