The package price you pay is for the design and development of the website and then it is handed over to you. In addition to this you are given one years free website hosting whch comes courtesy of www.traitmedia.com - after that time if you wish to continue with your website hosting, it will renew annually at £150+VAT. You will be invoiced by Trait Media Ltd one month before your hosting plan is due to expire and it is your responsibility to ensure this is paid or your hosting will expire. You do not have to use this hosting option and you can of course purchase your own hosting and supply these details to Tim Lord prior to development or going live. If you wish to change hosting providers at any point then you are free to do so.

Your site is yours. You can move if you like, and we will never penalise you for it.

Your website will be designed and developed using the Wordpress content management system (CMS). WordPress is the world’s most popular CMS, powering over 20% of all sites. It’s used by organizations large and small, including such diverse entities as the Rolling Stones, MSNBC, and the government of Sweden.

For quick reference, WordPress’s standout features include:

• Easy to use - The installation process takes less than 5 minutes, and technical expertise isn’t necessary to use all of the features. For example, anyone familiar with Microsoft Word will find using the WordPress editor a snap.

• Add-ons - WordPress supplies thousands of plugins, themes, and widgets throughout their site and many are free. This makes WordPress sites incredibly customizable and extensible. This versatility makes their script a good fit for small to medium-sized sites all the way up to more complex builds requiring skilled developers

Yes, I can migrate your website to WordPress. However it’s important you don’t lose any search engine visibility in the process, so i’ll cover that too.

This really depends on a few things but I aim to get every site turned around within 7 days. In reality - that can only happen if I am provided with all the relevant content in an acceptable format. That means you must provide the following:

• Logo - You should provide a logo in png format in the largest size you have. If you don't provide a logo or do not have one, a simple text logo with your brand name will be used.
• About Us - You should provide the text and any images and/or video for the about us page. Highest quality pictures and/or videos please. Minimum size of 1000px one side for pictures and at least 720p for the video.
• Products - You should provide at least one high resolution product image for each product. If you are providing multiple gallery images, it is preferable that all images are the same size and resolution - a minimum of 1000px square. You should provide a short product description of a paragrpah of one liner. You should provide a detailed product description if possible of several paragraphs. If your products contain ingredients then you should also list these. Each product should have a unique name. 
• Terms and Conditions - We will write the terms and conditions page for you but you should specifiy if you wish to make any changes or add or remove specific clauses. You must provide us with your full name, postal address and telephone number that can be displayed on this page - this is a legal requirement.

However ongoing support and maintenance does not come for free but you can purchase this seperately or hire me on a retainer basis if you require this and more.
