Supporting new startups and local businesses in Cornwall during the Corona Crisis

Tim Lord - Supporting local business owners in Cornwall during the Corona Crisis

I just wanted to put out a little post to say that in these times when everybody is struggling, ensuring their family are safe, and of course being locked down locally the great thing that I’ve noticed is that people are coming together, looking out for each other, supporting each other and trying new businesses and tradesmen that perhaps they wouldn’t have done before. People are discovering that actually, their local community is a really great place to be, particularly here in Cornwall which I am very, very grateful for.

I wanted to give a little something back, I’ve noticed that there are a lot of small business, all trying to rally around and support one another. So my job primarily is in business development through marketing, web design, web development, video production and consultancy. So if I can help out any small business that wants to be able to sell their services online, I’m more than happy to do that. I appreciate that people simply don’t have a lot of money at the moment, everybody is struggling and there is a lot of uncertainty out there.
So I am willing to basically put you something together and we can sort out payment or barter or whatever at a later date, so don’t worry about that.

The important thing for me is to ensure that I can help you get your message out there, so whether you are selling locally crafted materials, to growing vegetables, whether you are a fisherman or a farmer, or a restaurant who now needs to move to offering takeaway food – whatever it happens to be that your doing at the moment, if I can help you in any way then I will – drop me a message on Facebook or email me and I will be happy to help out in any way I can.
